Community Call and Workshop

Please join us for our next Community Call and Workshop on June 28th at 8 am Pacific Daylight Time/ 11 am Eastern Daylight Time.  The first 30 minutes of the call will be a community check in and then we will have a 60 minute workshop led by Gretchen Steidle, founder of Circles of Conscious Change, LLC and Global Grassroots on Managing Stress, Building Resiliency.

This interactive session for wellbeing and self-awareness will draw upon current research in neuroscience, interpersonal biology, psychology and the ancient traditions of breath in facilitating practices for mental, emotional and physical wellbeing. Participants will explore the typical challenges underlying burnout, identify their own negative coping mechanisms, identify unconscious patterns of behavior that can distort their work, develop proactive strategies for resiliency, and reconnect with their deeper intentions. The workshop will provide a short demonstration of breathwork and meditation for chronic stress.

We encourage participants to join both the community call and workshop but you are welcome to join for just the community call or just the workshop if you choose.
